Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Another great recipe from Giada! I made this salad lighter by using mostly Greek yogurt. I also use canned tuna in this recipe so it’s a great pantry meal. We’ve made this recipe before with chicken and it was just as good as the tuna.


To make the salad, combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before eating.
Cook’s Note:
* Feel free to use leftover grilled fish or chicken for this recipe.
2- 5oz canned tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked*
1tbl mayonnaise
2-4tbl plain Greek yogurt
1/4cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2tbl chopped fresh parsley leaves
1tbl capers, drained
Zest of 1 large lemon
1/2tsp kosher salt
1/4tsp freshly ground black pepper
